    How to Personalize
    1. Choose your design. Pick the race car design you like. Each order covers one design and one face.
    2. Upload your photo. Add a clear, straight-facing photo with the whole face showing. Not sure which one to use? Send a few and we’ll help you choose.
    3. Add the number. Enter the age or number for the front of the car, and tell us if you’d like a different car colour.
    4. Tell us your date. Let us know if you need it by a certain day, and add any special requests.
    5. Add to cart. Our team edits your photo, prepares your topper and gets it into production.

    Standardized individual products: 1-2 business days. Coordinated bundles: 2-3 business days. Timing starts after payment and all required details are confirmed. Shipping is additional; custom timelines are agreed separately.

    Can I see a proof?

    Yes, request one before production. Allow 1 additional business day, plus time for your approval or further revisions. We will wait for approval before printing a requested proof.

    Will it arrive before my event?

    Enter your event date and allow for production, proof approval if requested, and your selected delivery service. Contact us before ordering if timing is close. The event date alone does not guarantee arrival.

    Can I return a personalized item?

    We do not normally accept change-of-mind returns for personalized products. If something is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will help. See our Refund Policy.
