Shipping Information

We ship orders within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping times:

• Domestic: 2–5 business days

• International: 7–15 business days (depending on location)

Shipping costs:

• Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight

• Free shipping may be available for certain promotions or minimum spend offers

Returns

If something’s not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging

• Personalized or custom items are not eligible unless defective
