As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strong leader to take ownership of our local production operations and help us scale with excellence.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and proactive Production & Operations Lead to oversee our local workshop and production team.

This role is responsible for ensuring products are produced efficiently, beautifully, and on time while maintaining high quality standards and continuously improving systems.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, managing people, and building structure within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team (scheduling, supervision, training)

• Oversee daily production workflow and quality control

• Manage shipping and fulfillment logistics

• Monitor and order inventory and supplies

• Perform routine machine maintenance and coordinate servicing

• Support new product experimentation and development

• Document and improve processes (SOP creation)

• Track production metrics and reduce errors

Experience

• Experience in production, workshop, fulfillment, or operations preferred

• Experience in custom products or e-commerce production is a bonus

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Ability to create simple behind-the-scenes content

• Basic photo or video skills

• Familiarity with Canva or similar tools
